Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved exclusively for you. I understand that unexpected circumstances, illness, or emergencies may arise. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a 50% service deposit in order to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your next scheduled service. • No-show appointments will be charged this fee as non-refundable. • Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lose booking privileges. New Client Deposits A deposit is required for all new clients booking any service other than a haircut. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation to ensure adequate time for scheduled services and to respect other clients.
